  My child has his orthodontic work here and let me first state that the Orthodontist is kind and I have no concerns with him specifically. I want to warn others about the service I have experienced and maybe they can avoid. I thought that by getting my son his orthodontic work here in Oakdale would be easier than travelling to another city.. worst mistake I could've made regarding his orthodontic care. Proximity is not as important as the care he receives. If starts by the greeting when you walk in the door by the (I assume) office manager. She is so rude and doesn't even awknowlege you when you walk it, but rather continue looking at whatever's on the desk or computer and then rudely command, "Have a seat." Then if you don't sit in that very moment, she again (in a louder, more rude way) states, "HAVE A SEAT." Every. Single. Time. We come in, they are "out of wires".. I don't get this because isn't that your business?! Wires?! There seems to be no one with experience because it seems as if my son gets jabbed in the gums at every visit. I regret signing a contract for his care here and I cannot wait for him to be done. I am so disappointed with this office and their business practices. Once my son's done, we will never go back.

  This is by far the best kids dental practice I have taken my kids too. I'm always nervous when it comes to kids and dentist, but this dentist was the nicest person that I have ever met. Both my children were very comfortable in getting treated by her, the staff is very professional and the clinic decor is to make the children comfortable. Highly affordable and they provide convenient after school hours so I do not have to take a day off. I'm getting braces for both my children next month, because of their great deal on Orthodontic treatment. Highly highly recommended.
