- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went in because I've had issues with my kidney before and woke up with pain on my left side. The nurse who attended me was rude she said that this was normal because I was pregnant... I've had a kidney infection before. I was not pregnant at the time the pain was bad and then It led to a bladder infection which then led to a uti having all 3 at the same time was painful. I explained that to her and she still had a blank look on her face and seemed to not care. Told me not all back pains are kidney infections. Obviously I think I know the difference I've had a kidney infection before. I told her I am a manager and I can't be missing work so I would like antibiotics to avoid it from getting worse. She had the nerve to tell me I couldn't get antibiotics because I dont have a fever and nothing showed up on my urine samples and told me I didn't look pregnant questioning if I was actually pregnant (I'm 11 weeks obviousbyly not showing yet) and was rude the whole entire time. I wasted my time my kidney still hurts and the only medicine I can take is Tylenol.May 18, 2017by arelia magana
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪HORRIBLE place. I have seen three Dr's there. Dr Collard is rude , refused to answer my questions, told me to ask the pharmacist to explain the meds to me (even though he was prescribing them) next appt asked for someone new and got Dr. Hernandez, just as rude, actually argued with me when I said I was having side effects from meds. Finally next appt I got Dr Lucano who was really nice, explained everything and listened. But I still DREAD having to go there. It is bare bones, basic medicine. Don't go there if you are actually sick or need care. Front office girls are rude and entire office is ghetto.November 23, 2016by Megan Gaines
