- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪No manners and office staff is very unorganized & they over look major medical issues of tests ordered by dr. Basi and forget to discuss results of those negative tests until over a year later in which those results required treatment of daily medication for treatment. This is just one situation at this office we've experienced and I would highly recommend choosing another dr for your healthcare needs. Dr BASI is terrible at communicating changes with patients ahead of time. She makes those changes etc. or orders in office lab testing with no communication, reasoning or explanation. I could go on but take my word for it this dr. Should have umteen malpractice suits with this behavior. Keep looking don't make the same mistake.May 31, 2017by Tiffany Ducharme
