- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Ive seen more doctors than I care to remember over the years. Dr. Cook is by far the best I have ever seen. Each visit he spends so much time explaining, questioning and listening I feel guilty for taking so much of his time. It is amazing how knowledgeable he is. Today I went in with an emergancy. My daughter who wants to be a doctor went with me. As Doc Cook stitched up my hand he took the time to talk to my kid about different options in the medical feild. On the drive home my daughter, age 16 asked if Dr. Cook could be her doctor.September 24, 2017by A Google User
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called Dr. Cook's office to make an appointment and the reception was very disinterested in helping me. Even after I told her I would pay cash, since they don't except my insurance, she rattled off the appointment charges in a monotone discouraging voice. I did not feel welcomed at all! Though this is not a review of Dr. Cook's ability, since I did not receive his services, but a receptionist could possibly hurt his business if the patient does not feel welcomed. I sincerely hope that Dr. Cook reads this review and has a pep talk with his office staff for he has lost this potential patient.August 13, 2017by Sherrilyn Arnett
